Technical Data Reduced foil consumption

The RF 106’s newly designed foil unit adapts the unique foil saving system of a rotary press to the round-flat principle. Additional foil savings of up to 30 % compared to conventional systems can be achieved.
Considerable output increase

With its entirely new design and its state of the art technology, the high performance press RF 106 allows an application performance, unknown to the rould-flat-principle. Reasons for this increase in output are:

•     Pile heights for feeder and delivery of 1.000 to 1.500 mm (optional)
•     Non-Stop pile change for feeder and delivery
•     Foil roll diameter up to 500 mm, corresp. to approx. 16.000 m of foil
•     Shortened job setup times due to quick change systems for die
•     mounting plates

The adoption of a good number of new features further increases the round-flat principle’s high stamping quality:

•     Print length adjustment during production
•     Sheet alignment according to the printed image
•     Sheet transfer to the delivery system after the sheet is fully printed
