Water/Hot-Melt Based Coating & Lamination Machine- BPM-HMCL-500

Construction Concept:

Our machine is designed on the principle of modular construction suitable for extension with coating machine. This machine is efficient converter, which can handle web material or substrates like BOPP, Polyester, Paper, Cellophane, Non Woven, aluminium Foil and other allied materials from 12 microns to 150-micron thickness. The frame is made on heavy M.S. Body to avoid the vibration. The first unwind device is jointed of quadrate steel, groov steel and iron steel and the main machine frame adopts 25mm steel plate and steel tube to brace. Driving-shell adops 1.5 mm armor plate. The secnd un-winder and re-winder are installed in the main frame.

Unwinding & Rewinding Units:

Two Unwind station complete with 100N.M magnetic brakes. The axes of un-winder adopts 3? pneumatic expanding shaft , the diameter of paper tube is 76mm. The un-winder adopts automatic web edge guider. One rewind station complete with 100N.M magnetic clutch. The axes of re-winder adopts 3? pneumatic expanding shaft, the diameter of paper tube is 76mm. The length of rewind can be mannual or automatic.

Hot Melt Tank:

The tank shall is joined quadrate steel, groov steel and 1.2mm steel plate. The hot melt is founded of aluminium alloy there is two layers constructions, the inner layer is coated with anti-sticking Teflon layer. Adopt built-in molten heater. the glue pump adopts metric gear pump that can bear high temperature. Collocate exact filter. The glue feeding pump adopts gear pump electric-motion frequency conversion to adjust speed. The glue feeding pump adopts gear pump electric-motion frequency conversion to adjust speed. The glue tank adopts gear pump electric-motion device. The mainframe adopts isochronous cincture, chain and gear to drive. The temperature adopts PID controller. the high temperature is 210. Heating power is about 12KW.
